1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Geometrix (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
Your use of Geometrix is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, these Terms shall control to the extent permitted by law.
2. License and Use of the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run a single copy of the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or any portion thereof.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to Geometrix—including without limitation all geometric puzzle designs, algorithms, code, visual artwork, icons, audio effects, trade names, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Wada Marcos Massaki. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
Geometrix is free to play and may offer optional consumable in-app purchases, such as virtual Coin packs, which can be redeemed in-game for hints or puzzle assistance.
- No Real-World Value: In-game coins and hints are digital virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed for fiat currency, or transferred to any third party.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are conducted directly via Apple’s App Store payment infrastructure. You agree to comply with all applicable Apple terms and payment conditions.
- Refunds: All purchases are final. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple’s standard refund policies.
5. Advertisements and Rewarded Features
Geometrix is supported by advertisements provided via Google Mobile Ads. Certain optional in-game rewards (such as extra coins or hints) may be offered upon completing rewarded video ads. Rewards are granted only upon full, verified completion of the respective advertisement as reported by the advertising provider. We make no guarantee of continuous ad availability.
6. Availability and Updates
We continually work to improve the gameplay experience. We reserve the right to modify, balance, patch, or discontinue any feature, puzzle stage, or content in the App at any time without prior notice or liability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Geometrix is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wada Marcos Massaki be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device malfunction, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by deleting and uninstalling the App from all your devices. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
